Customers are eligible for returns within the first 30 days after purchase. If you would like to make a return for an exchange, replcement or refund, please follow the steps outlined below.
Because we have multiple warehaouses, the return address for returns will vary depending on the product ordered. After following the process below, you will be given instruction and the correct return address.
Types of Returns
Unused, Clean, Sellable Returns - Items that are unused, clean and sellable are eligible for return or exchange. If the buyer would like to exchange for a new item, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs only. If the item falls under this category and the buyer would like to return the item for a refund, they will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee as well as the return shipping costs.
Defective Returns - Items that are defective are backed by our product guarantee which states that our products will be free of defects. If the buyer receive a defective item, they will be eligible for an exchange for a new item at no additional cost to them. However, if they would like to return the item for a refund and not an exchange of the defective product, buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Used, Damaged Item Returns - Once the item has been used, the buyer is no longer elligible for a return or exchange.

Q: What happens after 30 days?
A: Returns are eligible for up to 30 days from the date the order was placed. After 30 days returns will not be accepted.
Q: What if I've changed my mind about my purchase and just want to return the product?
A: Orders can be returned for refund or exchange within the first 30 days. Certain restrictions apply as noted above.
Q: What if NativeAmericanValt.com doesn't receive my returned item?
A: Return shipping must include a tracking number. This tracking number allows us to track the package to ensure proper receipt. If we have not received your return within 10 days of processing your return, you will be billed.
Q: If I am not satisfied with my product(s) will you accept returns?
A: We accept returns for new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. You must pay all costs related to return shipping. All returns for non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refund will be issued within 24 houes after receving your returned item.
Q: If I return an item, how soon will I get the refund?
A: We will issue the refund within 24 hours after receiving your refund request and for the refund to show in your account.
Q: I want to exchange my item, what is the process?
A: For an exchange request, contact us and let us know which item you would like to replace it with. We will either send you an invoice or refund you for any difference. Send the item complete with its original packaging and accessories to avoid restocking fees. PLease pack the items properly to prevent damage in transit and eep the product's packaging in its original condition. You must pay all freight costs related to return shipping. We will send the new item within 2-3 days after receiving the return.
